Paul Kelly and Biddy White Lennon invite the final contestants to craft an Irish bread basket featuring Soda bread, Irish tea bread, and a non-yeasted bread for their signature bake. For the technical challenge, the amateur bakers are tasked with replicating Paul's tear-and-share Party bread.
