Cleveland finds himself in search of employment, and Tim secures him a position at Waterman Cable. As Cleveland quickly rises to become the leading salesman, Tim can't help but feel envious, secretly hoping for Cleveland's downfall. However, when misfortune strikes Cleveland, Tim begins to reevaluate his feelings and realizes the importance of friendship over rivalry.
