Rob takes a bite of chicken and ends up breaking a tooth, which leads him to feel guilty when another dentist repairs it. He's anxious that this incident might drive a wedge between him and Jerry, so he makes an effort to hide his smile. However, to his relief, Jerry doesn't hold any anger towards Rob.
