Don and his team spring into action when a woman trying to rob a Beverly Hills jewelry store is shot by a security guard. Charlie lends his expertise to the FBI, utilizing the keyless remote from the woman's vehicle to help identify her and track down the kidnapped wife and daughter of the store owner.
