After a hearty meal with his friends, CHOR returns to the restaurant to exchange the leftovers for cash. When KIU calls for HO, FAI feigns ignorance of his voice. FAI's wife, MA BING SHUM, takes great pride in her seemingly flawless family. SHUN is haunted by the memory of his younger brother's tragic drowning during a swim with FAI, himself, and FAI's son HONG, straining his relationship with his mother. Meanwhile, KWONG’s youngest son, KI, annoys SHING after learning about his new race car. FAI invites HO to dinner, hoping to introduce him to KIU, but KIU senses FAI's intentions and cancels, leaving HO disheartened. SHUM is disturbed when she unexpectedly sees HO and FAI in a cozy moment together. Lastly, SHUN thinks of CHOR when he needs a sign language expert for a TV news segment.
