S2E8 Summer Sucks

With school closed for summer and Mr. Hat gone, Mr. Garrison is losing his grip. The state has imposed a ban on fireworks, ruining the boys’ plans for their July 4th festivities. In desperation, Mr. Garrison turns to Dr. Katz for psychiatric support. Meanwhile, Jimbo and Ned head to Mexico, hoping to bring back fireworks for the kids in America.
