Upon discovering Percival's intentions for the town, Archie, Betty, Jughead, and Tabitha come together to formulate a strategy to remove the existing town council and replace it with their own. However, when Percival learns of their covert gathering, he and Alice exploit an impending storm to instill fear in the community, urging everyone to stay indoors. This distraction allows them to proceed with the next phase of Percival's sinister agenda.
