Samantha's mysterious new companion, Herbie, plants thoughts of an impending judgment day in her mind. When an earthquake strikes, Samantha panics and declares that she will treat each day as if it's her final one. However, during a fierce storm, their neighbor Wendy unexpectedly shows up and goes into labor, offering Samantha a fresh perspective on life and its possibilities.
