Title: Hearts and Flowers (aka Servant of Two Masters) Plot: In a bid to boost finances, Simon Tremayne brings Hetty on board as his "silent" partner at the hotel. Hetty believes a Valentine’s dance will be a profitable venture, but their plans are jeopardized when a health inspector threatens to shut down the establishment after discovering a century-old deceased bird in the ice house. Meanwhile, Arthur is eager to dance with Felicity, but she's already committed to attending the event with Gus, who is caught in the crosshairs of Chef Pierre's French niece, Suzette, who is vying for his attention.
