Tyler Florence puts the six remaining food truck teams to the test, challenging them to ignite a fire and whip up scrumptious s'mores, with their fellow competitors serving as judges for the taste. Located in Palmer, Alaska, known for its giant summer vegetables, the teams must craft dishes featuring the region's most iconic produce. However, they face numerous challenges as they attempt to sell their creations against the backdrop of dwindling daylight, fierce winds, and biting cold.
