Guy heads north to Alaska’s capital for a taste-packed adventure. First, he discovers a funky basement spot dishing out Latin-Asian fusion. Then, it’s off to a food truck piling up meaty, savory cowboy sundaes. He wraps up at a family-run Italian food truck, where they slice up reindeer pie fresh from an authentic wood-fired oven.
