S2E1 Witness to An Incident

During a tense incident, one of the officers mistakenly shoots a civilian, believing him to be a suspect. Both Cagney and Lacey witness the event, but their memories of what transpired diverge significantly. Marquette and Samuels put pressure on Lacey to support Cagney's version, but her stubbornness makes that unlikely. The situation escalates when the real criminal is identified as a crew member on a foreign vessel, leading to an intense chase aboard the ship.
