A recently paroled cop killer comes under the temporary protection of C&L. However, during their watch, he is murdered, sparking a wave of public outrage. While the killing may have been celebrated by some, C&L are not pleased with anyone disrupting their territory. Determined to find the perpetrator, they set out to uncover the identity of the killer and bring them to justice.
