Twelve-year-old Dorothy Gale stumbles upon her mother's enigmatic journal in their Kansas house, and suddenly, she and her dog, Toto, find themselves in a vibrant, contemporary Emerald City. Confused yet resolute about returning home, Dorothy sets off on an extraordinary adventure alongside West, a spirited young witch, and Ojo, a towering Munchkin, in search of the magic essential to save Oz from its most significant magical emergency.
