A young man employed in the Mental Ward of Bellevue Hospital struggles with his own neurosis. He carries a profound resentment towards his late father, a military hero he holds responsible for his mother's death. This inner turmoil drives him to a disturbing cycle of vengeance. He orchestrates fake emergencies to attract uniformed police officers, only to kill them in cold blood.
