When news breaks that the Flimm Building is set for demolition, Bailey launches a movement to have it recognized as a Cincinnati landmark. The whole team rallies behind her cause, offering their support. However, Mr. Carlson ultimately secures his mother's approval to construct a new and improved building in its place.
