To uncover the truth, they utilize home surveillance cameras and hire private investigators to track their eating habits outside. With Anna Richardson's guidance, they come face to face with the reality of their dietary choices and embark on a ten-week healthy-eating plan. Additionally, a team of office workers experiments with the idea that hiding sugary snacks can help reduce cravings and prevent overeating.
