When teenage heartthrob Buzz Barry, portrayed by James Darren, arrives in Hilldale for a concert, he unexpectedly contracts measles, leading to the cancellation of the event and leaving Mary and her friends heartbroken. To make matters more complicated, Buzz ends up recuperating at the Stone household, creating a series of unforeseen challenges for everyone involved.
