While driving in Hilldale, Tony Martin gets pulled over by a police officer for allegedly speeding. Convinced he wasn't breaking the law, he initially plans to just pay the ticket and move on. However, in court, he spots Donna battling a parking meter ticket and demanding a jury trial instead of just paying the $2 fine. Inspired by her determination, Tony opts for a jury trial as well.
