The team at the office comes together to cheer up Mike following his split from Ashley, but he remains unresponsive to their attempts. Everything changes when Mike realizes he craves companionship and interrupts Nikki during her date with an ideal guy. Meanwhile, Paul makes a New Year's resolution to stop being so easily fooled.
