After Eddie's skateboard gets damaged, Otto sees an opportunity and decides to charge him for the repairs. News quickly spreads about Otto's talent for fixing things, prompting him to start his own repair business. However, managing a shop proves to be more challenging than he'd anticipated. Can the Rocket kids handle the demands of this new venture?
