Nancy and her friends embark on a mission to stage a two-decade-old play to fundraise for a youth center. They've chosen the supposedly haunted Palace Theatre as their venue. However, when the original cast members show up in town, eerie incidents start happening both behind the scenes and onstage. Nancy is tasked with unraveling the mystery of why these actors have reunited for her humble production, as the unfolding drama threatens to spiral into a genuine tragedy.
