S3E20 The Vote

Nick's position at the firm is uncertain due to a lawyer whom Burton admires, yet he believes she isn't prepared for partnership. Meanwhile, Sandra holds Nick responsible for her not being promoted. In retaliation, she initiates a sexual discrimination lawsuit against him and the firm, prompting Jake to convene an executive meeting to determine the next steps regarding Nick. Burton becomes increasingly anxious about his son's future with the firm amidst the turmoil.
