Curtis and his Maude team gather with winemaker Chester Osborn for a wine tasting on the rooftop of the D'Arenberg Cube, a structure reminiscent of a Salvador Dali masterpiece. Afterward, Curtis and chef Chris from Maude venture to Hutton Vale Farm for a rigorous sheep shearing tutorial. They then make their way to Orana Restaurant in Adelaide, where they create dishes featuring only indigenous ingredients, even incorporating green ants into their unique culinary combinations!
