President Sarejo, the leader of a small South American nation, arrives in America for urgent medical care, accompanied by many members of his cabinet to maintain oversight. With a significant number of his citizens protesting outside the hospital, the atmosphere is tense, raising concerns for his safety. However, it’s not the president who meets a grim fate; instead, two of his cabinet members unexpectedly succumb to what appears to be heart attacks, intensifying the already precarious situation.
