Starsky's ex-girlfriend is discovered murdered in a gruesome fashion, her body strangely entangled in radio antenna wire. As the detective team delves into the case, they learn she had been posing as a cocktail waitress to hunt down a deranged killer. With multiple suspects emerging, Starsky and Hutch must determine if they are following the correct leads in their pursuit of justice.
