Hutch disguises himself as a clumsy swimwear buyer while Starsky pretends to be an eccentric photographer, as the pair infiltrate the fashion industry to dismantle a garment business racketeering operation. While investigating, they encounter an unexpected ally in a woman who is keen to join their efforts.
