In the series finale, the gang members launch a fierce assault on the 55th Precinct, resulting in a devastating explosion that leaves the building in ruins. Cruz, realizing that Marcel Hollis orchestrated the attack, confronts him and takes both his and her own life. Meanwhile, Carlos asks Holly to marry him, and they tie the knot. As the team receives their new assignments, Sully decides to retire. In the closing moments, Sully reflects on the future, sharing his thoughts with the audience.
