A massive, high-priced computer, hailed as one of the marvels of the twentieth century for its ability to handle extensive administrative tasks in mere hours, is cleverly 'abducted' from an electronics firm by two men. The owner receives a demand to withdraw $100,000 from his bank by two o'clock the following day and to await further instructions. In a thrilling helicopter pursuit, Dan intervenes, preventing the kidnappers from securing the ransom or making their escape.
