Blair and Serena have spent their summer indulging in the glamorous life of Paris, France. But with the charm of the city comes designer boutiques, Balenciaga, and, inevitably, romantic complications. While Blair tries to move on from Chuck, unaware of his shooting in Prague, her world is shaken when he unexpectedly appears in Paris with a stunning foreign blonde. Meanwhile, Serena finds herself torn between her long-time loves, Dan and Nate. Back on the Upper East Side, drama unfolds as Dan deals with the chaos involving Georgina and Nate discovers new aspects of himself after meeting the intriguing Juliet at Columbia.
