Title: The Witches of Bushwick Plot: Chuck throws an extravagant masquerade called "Saints and Sinners" at the Empire Hotel. As the festivities unfold, Dan and Nate are baffled by Serena's erratic actions and confusing signals. Meanwhile, Blair aims to secure the role of the new ambassador for Anne Archibald's girls' foundation, but Anne fears that Blair's close ties with Chuck Bass could pose a risk to her ambitions.
