Unenthusiastic adventurer Karl Pilkington travels to Peru, where he finds the bathroom situation in the Amazon jungle quite unsatisfactory and struggles to win over a local tribe with his attempts at hunting. Equipped with oxygen, the Mancunian embarks on a challenging eight-hour trek at high elevation to see Machu Picchu, the historic citadel of the Incas.
