A man is fighting to prove who he is after fraudsters used his name to take out a Universal Credit loan. Repayments are now being automatically deducted from his paycheck, leaving him caught in a bureaucratic nightmare. Despite repeatedly reporting the scam, he struggles to get the system to reverse the payments and restore his identity.
