Ling finds herself intrigued after dreaming about kissing Ally, leading her to suggest they go on a "date" under the guise of strengthening their friendship. Meanwhile, John overhears Nelle discussing her fantasy, which triggers his insecurities regarding sex. It appears that everyone in the office is preoccupied with sexual matters, leaving Billy and Renee feeling like the only ones focused on work. Renee steps in to defend a woman accused of sexual harassment by her female colleagues, who argue that she has sexualized the workplace and is suing. Billy, representing the company, discovers that he and Renee clash not only on the case but also on perspectives about women's sexuality.
