Malloy and Reed are the first on the scene when a sniper on a downtown rooftop begins firing wildly at passersby with his scoped rifle. After bravely putting themselves in danger to rescue civilians from his aim, they play a crucial role in the S.W.A.T. team's efforts to subdue the shooter.
