Petra, the daughter of a senator, is sent to Space Ranger Academy as a precaution to keep her away from Plasma Boy. Meanwhile, Booster finds himself smitten with her. As fate would have it, both Petra and Plasma Boy also find their way to the academy, leading to unexpected adventures and complications.
