New student Timmy seems to have some issues; he can only manage to say his name. Unbeknownst to his classmates, Timmy has a developmental disability, but he is mistakenly labeled as having ADD, which conveniently excuses him from doing homework. Before long, the rest of the class follows suit, getting their own ADD diagnoses and prescriptions for Ritalin. With everyone now medicated, they find themselves in a blissful state, simply content to endure a Phil Collins concert together.
