S14E6 Henry's Health and Safety

Sodor descends into mayhem when Henry decides to act on some advice from Victor regarding health and safety. Eager to apply what he learned, Henry starts meddling in the work of others. In a surprising turn of events, the Fat Controller discovers little Percy dangling above the tracks, all in the name of safety! As chaos ensues, the engines must navigate the unintended consequences of Henry's well-meaning but misguided efforts.
