In this episode, the group is exhausted from the relentless gym class workouts. Nicole is feeling particularly unwell and is fed up with the situation. To escape the monotony, they come up with the idea of starting a disc golf team to avoid gym sessions. Meanwhile, Michael is frustrated with his weight gain, which he attributes to his chip addiction, so he enlists Quinn's help to tackle his issue.
