Dr. Greene spends his last days in Hawaii alongside Rachel, where he shares the joys of teaching her to drive and surf. However, his health takes a turn when he experiences a seizure, prompting a call to Elizabeth. Despite the gravity of the situation, Mark chooses not to return home. He finds solace in reconnecting with his daughter, ultimately making peace with her before his passing.
