MacGyver and Riley team up with Vasil, a desperate father, to navigate a treacherous area controlled by rebels. Their mission is to transport a tanker loaded with liquid oxygen to a children's hospital before supplies run out. As they face numerous challenges along the way, Riley also supports MacGyver in making a tough decision about whether to let his father re-enter his life.
