S1E16 Too Tough to Die

In a chilling turn of events, a woman is kidnapped from a mall parking garage, brutally assaulted, shot, and abandoned, left for dead. Sara works diligently to gather evidence from her, forming a deep bond with the victim. Meanwhile, Nick and Grissom investigate the crime scene for clues. Catherine and Warrick are tasked with sorting through a mountain of evidence related to a shooting case set to go to trial in just four days, following the departure of the previous CSI. As if that weren't enough, Catherine discovers that Eddie has secretly taken out a second mortgage, complicating matters further.
