Title: Dark Knight Chronicles: Pena Dura Plot: A specialized military unit, under the command of Eduardo Dorrance, is dispatched to assist Gotham in its time of need. Simultaneously, Nygma seeks guidance from Penguin, who directs him to the enigmatic Hugo Strange.
