Raven and Chelsea decide to surprise Eddie with a birthday celebration, inviting his estranged parents, Geoffrey Owens and Rae Dawn Chong, whom Eddie secretly hopes will reconcile. However, Eddie's plans to be surprised are thwarted when Chelsea inadvertently reveals the secret.
