Frankie starts to worry about her job security when a motivational consultant arrives to whip the sales team into shape. As Frankie dedicates extra hours to her work, Mike finds himself juggling the kids and their various dilemmas. He tries to make the house more entertaining for Axl and his friends, offers guidance to Sue's ex-boyfriend, and assists Brick with a school project.
