The team travels to Thailand to uncover the ingredients behind seafood sticks, only to learn about the production of British wine—surprisingly originating in Spain. At a seafood stick factory, Kate is amazed by the innovative manufacturing methods and the enormous frozen fish blocks known as surimi. As they delve deeper, they encounter two categories of locally produced wines: British and English. With British wine being significantly less expensive, they aim to uncover the distinctions between the two.
