S1E18 The Bully

Chip finds himself targeted by the school bully, who surprisingly isn’t keen on a physical confrontation. Steve quickly catches on to Chip's strategy of intentionally baiting the bully day after day in the schoolyard to make a statement. Despite knowing it might land Chip in detention with the Principal, Steve believes it’s essential for Chip to confront his own issues and handle the situation himself.
