Chip enlists his neighbor's long-haired, guitar-playing boy from Liverpool to join his off-key rock and roll band. Although the English boy's gentle folk guitar style doesn’t quite fit with their loud, amplified sound, he surprisingly plays a crucial role in helping them secure a trophy at an amateur talent competition.
