During a personal journey on the Wells Fargo stage in Arizona, Jim Hardie finds himself caught in a robbery orchestrated by Pearl Hart and her crew. The stage line incurs a loss of $5,000, and Jim himself loses $55. Familiar with her activities in New Mexico, Jim sets out to draw her out into the open.
