Thomas and Diesel arrive at Farquhar Quarry to gather some trucks, but a dispute arises between them regarding who will serve as the rear engine. Their bickering escalates as they each try to assert their importance, leading to a humorous standoff. As they navigate their differences, they must ultimately find a way to work together to successfully complete their task and avoid chaos in the quarry.
